Quality must be the result of a state of mind focused on excellence. Protecting the environment and the well-being of people is an obligation. It is therefore logical and consistent forEDELTAMP to support a rigorous attitude to Environmental Quality, not only in product development, with its emphasis on low energy consumption, but also in the manufacturing process to protect the environment. It is based on the principle of continuous improvement, and is subject to regular reviews to ensure that objectives are being met.
Our quality approach
Effective quality management is crucial in the capital goods industry. Every player in the supply chain is involved.
As manufacturers of injection molded parts, we consider quality to be one of the key success factors in our business. To achieve optimum quality, a continuous improvement approach must be implemented at every stage of a project. At EDELTAMP, all activities contributing to product development have been ISO 9001 certified* since 2008.(Certification issued by TÜV Rheinland). This applies to :
- design and industrialization of plastronic products and assemblies
- design of plastic and metal parts
- mechanical analysis of materials
Materials used for particular applications or designed to operate in specific environments are also approved or certified by bodies such as UL.
Our commitment to maintaining high quality standards for our customer Honda, for example, was rewarded with the "Quality Management" trophy.
