Working in our maintenance workshop, you'll be involved in bringing the workshop's production resources up to the required level of productivity and quality.

MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Mission
You already have industrial experience, knowledge of plastic injection molding and ideally some knowledge of mechanics. You are curious, rigorous and motivated.
According to the directives of the production or planning manager, your missions will be as follows:
- High school (Bac level)
- Mould preparation.
- Check the general condition of equipment and appliances.
- Make sure that the safety devices and contacts are working properly and that the power supply is switched on.
- Carry out tooling maintenance operations.
- Electrical connections, hydraulic management and equipment safety.
- Study process malfunctions (product quality, yields, rejects, etc.) and define possible improvements.
- Participate in setting up production with production managers...
- Analyze the feasibility of modifications.
- Draw up estimates for modifications, templates, repairs, etc.
- Participate in the choice of toolmaker for subcontracted actions.
- Present solutions to any technical problems encountered.
- Carry out turning-milling fitting operations...
- Follow-up on tooling with our suppliers.
- Participate in tool testing.

- How to operate an overhead crane
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
