Our fleet of presses, which used to range from 350 to 1,600 tonnes, now includes two new presses: a 90-tonne press from Engel and a 125-tonne press from Sandretto, to cover a wider range of production needs.

At the same time, cutting-edge engineering technologies have been integrated for enhanced performance in production management. The logistics and warehousing organization has been further optimized to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Finally, offices, meeting rooms, a showroom, a rest room, etc. have been made available to you.

The new version of the Heyrieux plant EDELTAMP Heyrieux plant, which places employee well-being and customer satisfaction at the heart of its development project, confirms its ambition to assert itself as a key player in the high value-added plastics market.

It's important to remember that, founded in 1989 and of French origin, EDELTAMP was initially distinguished by the excellence of its design office, thanks to in-depth expertise in polymer materials engineering, chemistry, structural calculations and rheology. Over the years, the company has developed complete mastery of the production of increasingly complex hybrid assemblies in injected thermoplastic parts.

MAINTENANCE AND MODIFICATION OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDS

Thanks to this optimized surface configuration, EDELTAMP reinforces its in-house capabilities in terms of mold preparation and maintenance, as well as optimal management of the tooling required for the smooth running and performance of injection molding programs.

PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

EDELTAMP has all the in-house equipment needed to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as tooling modifications on plastic injection molds entrusted to us by our customers.

As part of preventive maintenance, this approach includes cleaning, lubricating and replacing worn parts, with interventions during or at the end of the cycle to adjust critical points likely to cause tool breakage.

For curative maintenance, our teams can repair damage, change ejectors, rework seals, weld, machine, revive charmille grain or polish.

These expert processes offer a comprehensive view of the operations required and the associated costs, enabling informed choices to maximize the profitability of production and initial mold investments.
